My Friends list had once again outgrown itself. I've done a rather heavy trimming of it. Hopefully noone will take it too personally...

Just removed a bunch of rather stale friends and groups. If you were on the list that got booted (i.e., you can see this post but none of my other recent ones), know that this wasn't to offend you. My Friends list was a bit overgrown with people who pretty much never reply to anything I write, so I pruned.

I'm revising my Friend-ing policy. If I don't personally know you in some way, please don't request that I friend you. I've had one too many stalker-type stranger-Friends.

I've done a bit of cleaning out of my friends list. Some people were removed because I don't know you and you've posted so little that either you won't miss me at all, or you're my stalker ex. Others, regrettably, I've removed because they were a last conduit of info getting to my stalker ex. I'm sorry to see those of you in that category go, but after 3 years of my ex continuing to send me long emails, I decided I needed to just cut all ties to him.

So if you used to be friended and no longer see my other posts, au revoir, best of luck in life and all that.

Last but not least, if you see this, you want to be on my friends list (it's really not all that exciting), *and* you actually know me -- drop a note in here and mention how you know me in the real world.

Update: Just to clarify... if you've been on my Friends list, and you can see any of my other recent posts, then you're still on my Friends list, no need to reply here :)
